I’m planning to immigrate to the US (EB-5) and I have to show some certificates to prove my fund is legal. The fund is I legally earned from the internet by selling my self-coded software and advertising revenues from my websites for last few years. I live in China and all of my fund are in Citibank Hong Kong branch, so I can’t offer any tax files. My question is how to prove that my fund is legal?

You will need to show receipts of the revenue that your business generated. You should have statements from the individuals and companies that gave you the money.
