I don’t think there’s a legal problem with it.
Go to shutterbug.com and in the Search box type in ‘privacy rights’. The article was in the May 2007 issue.
Here is a link for you to read about the legal rights about people in pictures. Do not read between the lines or think this is just a “grey area”. If you do something in the wrong way you can be sued!! Read the “The Right of Privacy”.
