Much more sensible to phone the Irish Embassy or Consulate in Canada and ask THEM.
You should contact your nearest Irish Embassy in Canada, they would be in a better position to give you information on you need to do:
if ur under 35 you can get a 1year working holiday visa thru SWAP…google them.
If you did that, and managed to get a good job where a company is willing to sponsor you and you’re doing a job where there is a shortage of irish/eu employees then you could get that work permit extended beyond 2yrs. You also have to be earning over €30,000 per yr with the company.
there may be other ways, but thats one way im aware of..check the embassy for others…or try
